On Saturday, March 10, Rebecca Minkoff’s New York showroom made a spilt second appearance in Halifax. Foreign Affair on Barrington Street, Halifax Nova Scotia brought in exclusive handbags from her Spring 2012 Collection.
Basic collection pieces such as the M.A.C, the Mini M.A.C, the Mini 5 Zip, the Swing and the Nikki Hobo were all present in core and fashion colours. Spring styles like the Moonstruck that was featured all over this year’s most famous bloggers -such as Annabelle of Viva Luxury – were also in attendance.
The floors of FA were flooded with Minkette fans, snatching up the latest from this hot designer. But what’s all the hype over a trunk show? Why not just buy online?
Stock shows are a great opportunity for you to capitalize on a vast selection of choices. Touch, try on and examine every piece to make sure it is the right bag for you. Have an experience. Come with your girlfriends, your mom, whomever you enjoy spending time with. Make a day out of it!
